Payment processors & logistics

Payments are processed by certified payment partners—we do not store full card numbers. Delivery partners receive name, address, and contact details needed to complete shipment.

Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and secure payment integrations. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Order records are kept for legal, tax, and dispute purposes (typically up to seven years). Analytics and security logs are retained for shorter periods as described in our Cookie Policy.
