Zera provides a platform connecting buyers and independent sellers. We are not the seller of record for third-party listings unless stated otherwise.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least the minimum age required by law in your country.

Orders & payments

Prices, shipping, and availability are set by sellers subject to platform rules. Payment is processed through our payment partners. Chargebacks and disputes follow our dispute processes.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must comply with applicable law, our seller policy, and the Seller Privacy Agreement regarding buyer data.

Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for fraud, illegal goods, harassment, scraping, or circumventing security or fees.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
