Marketplace role

Zera provides a platform connecting buyers and independent sellers. Unless we expressly say otherwise for a specific listing, we are not the seller of record for third-party products.

Sellers are responsible for their listings, pricing, stock accuracy, fulfilment quality, and compliance with Ghanaian law.

Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and devices secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must meet the minimum legal age to use online marketplace services in your country.
• We may suspend or close accounts that pose security, fraud, or policy risks.

Orders & payments

Prices, shipping options, and availability are set by sellers subject to platform rules. Payment is processed through our payment partners (including card and mobile money where offered).

Chargebacks, refunds, and buyer–seller disputes follow our dispute and order tools. We may mediate or take operational steps to protect users and the platform.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must comply with applicable law, our seller policy, listing rules, and the Seller Privacy Agreement regarding buyer personal data.

Prohibited use

• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal goods and services.
• Harassment, hate, or abusive conduct toward other users or staff.
• Scraping, automated abuse, or circumventing fees, security, or access controls.
• Misusing buyer personal data obtained through the platform.

Intellectual property

Platform software, branding, and content we create belong to Zera or our licensors. Sellers retain rights in their listing content but grant us a licence to display and promote it on the marketplace.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, we are not liable for seller product quality, delivery delays caused by independent sellers or logistics partners outside our reasonable control, or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified where required (including re-acceptance on login when enabled). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
